Shipping is free and already included in the kit price — there's nothing added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the contiguous United States (the lower 48). At this time we're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. If an order is placed with a shipping address outside the areas we serve, we'll contact you to arrange a refund.
Processing & delivery time
- Processing: most orders are packed and shipped within a couple of business days.
- In transit: kits typically arrive within a few business days of shipping, depending on your location.
- Packaging: every kit ships in protective packaging to keep the frame and pressed botanicals safe in transit.
Order confirmation & tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email when you check out, and a second email when your kit is on its way. If your order hasn't arrived when you expected it, email us at jackie@petalcraftsocial.comand we'll look into it right away.
Damaged in transit
If your kit arrives damaged, we'll make it right — see our Returns & Replacements policy for how to request a free replacement piece.
