These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Petal Craft Social's website at www.petalcraftsocial.com(the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Products & pricing
- We sell make-at-home pressed flower art kits. Because our kits contain real, hand-pressed botanicals, the exact flowers in your kit will vary and every finished piece is unique.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you check out.
- We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays them exactly.
Orders & payment
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it is placed if a product is unavailable or if we suspect an error or fraud.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns & replacements
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and problems with a kit are handled under our Returns & Replacements policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, kit designs, logos, and graphics — is owned by Petal Craft Social or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our kits are craft products intended for personal, recreational use. The Site and our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petal Craft Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Small parts may present a choking hazard and kits are not intended for young children without supervision.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted.
